Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Veteran’s Memorial Park (Freedom Shelter), Clarksburg, WV ~ Great ride, BBQ, fellowship, for a great cause.

Event and ride starts at the Veterans Park

$500 Prize!

Registration: 10am~Noon. Ride at Noon. BBQ available throughout the day. (This is a rain-or-shine event ~ no rain date.) Enjoy mouthwatering, slow-smoked BBQ, as well as door prizes & raffles. Proceeds go to “Motorcycles For Missionaries,” church planters in North America, and to strengthen the host church in Clarksburg, WV.

2021 National Rally Hotel Information

 We have some great  information that we are excited to get out to our members. Ronald Thwing Ronald has secured a contract with Comfort Inn & Suites in Bossier City. It is only 5 miles from the church and it is a straight shot using I-220 bypass to the church. There are 40 blocked rooms in a 83 room hotel with a promise that more rooms could be made available if demand is great. The block is for Thursday and Friday night October 14-15, 2021. Those wanting to extend their stay (or come early) will get the same offer as the block if they use Azusa StreetRiders name.  The usual rate per night at this property is $121.00 a night. Our rate is $82.00 per night. BrotherThwing  fought for this rate because of the budgets of some not willing to pay the higher amounts. The goal is to price rooms so everyone can stay at the same hotel.  There aren’t many hotels at this rate in Shreveport-Bossier City unless you want a budget no-frills room.
They do have a breakfast (Covid limited for now) but expected to be a full hot b-fast by next year.

 

The blocked  rooms at the Comfort Suites Bossier City – Shreveport East, Bossier City, LA. Please note rooms need to be booked by the cutoff date of Sunday, Jan 31, 2021 or they’ll be released to the general public. Reserve your room online or call the hotel directly. *See below for terms. ASR
