At this year’s National Rally, ASR will be hosting a district Children’s Holy Ghost rally. This service will take place Friday evening in the Sunday School area of the church, while we are having our evangelistic service in the main sanctuary. We are looking forward to many children receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. As many of you know, Sis. Lydia Diaz loved the children of ASR, and would often take and do activities with them during the daily group rides at Nationals. In honor of her, we are inviting the children of the Michigan district to attend this year’s Holy Ghost rally. God is moving in the hearts of the children, and raising up tomorrow’s Apostolic leaders.
The following is a testimony from Sis. Ashley Renick of the Hocking Hills, OH Chapter:
On Friday March 21st, God moved in a mighty way at Anchor Christian Academy in Zanesville, OH. I am a teacher for fifth and six grade. I am always ready to serve in the kingdom of God. On this day, God chose me to hear his voice and pray with a girl in my classroom who received the Holy Ghost. As soon as she received the Holy Ghost, another in my class received the Holy Ghost, and before I knew it, all the students from the school were coming into the class room, and the Holy Ghost fell on many students. It felt like we were in the upper room on The Day of Pentecost. The students prayed and were in the Spirit for over three hours!!! 9 students were filled and many more refilled. Six students were baptized in Jesus name at lunch time, and others were baptized at their home churches on Sunday!! God is moving!!! Just remember never give up on God, and always be willing and ready to serve.
